You may return the product within 7 days with shipping fees in the following cases:

• Tears or damage to the item
• Printing defects
• Sewing flaws or stains that cannot be removed

If you request a replacement item, it will be shipped free of charge. However, any price difference will need to be covered if the replacement item is priced higher or lower. In the case of a lower price, the difference will be refunded within 48 hours via electronic wallet or bank transfer.

For refunds (without replacement), the amount will be refunded within 48 hours of receiving the returned item, through your bank account or electronic wallet.

Product Return:

• You may return the product within 14 days from the date of shipment, with shipping costs covered by the customer.
• For exchanges, any price difference will be applied, and the shipping fee must be covered for the new item.
